Acceptable, but Some Issues Noted
stained carpet shared lift
The carpet throughout the hotel showed many stains. It gave a poor first impression. I also waited a long time for the lift. It was quite small and shared with maintenance workers moving a damaged door. The condition of the carpet and the shared lift access were not ideal.

Solid Stay at This Hotel
room decor comfortable bed helpful staff good value
I found the queen room comfortable and roomy. A lift to the second floor helped with my luggage. Location was good and the room value was acceptable. The staff were also very friendly when I talked to them.
The vending machines are the only food on site.

Fantastic Boutique Experience!
modern room spacious floor plan convenient location
I appreciated the modern room! It had a spacious floor plan! I also liked the friendly staff and the convenient location near Chinatown, Victoria Square, and Rundle Mall! It was so easy to walk around the CBD.
I found the lack of a laundry service disappointing because it was advertised on multiple websites! I had been traveling for weeks and was counting on it!

communal kitchen fresh herbs spacious room laundry facilities
The hotel offered a communal kitchen with cooking facilities, which I found great. Fresh herbs grew outside for guest use, a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and the cooking facilities per floor made things very convenient. The availability of laundry facilities was useful too.
The entry carpet throughout all areas and on all floors had many stains everywhere.

The hotel is close to shopping, markets, and parks. It is located in a central position near public transport. The location is excellent with a short walk to the Central Markets and the dining district.

I was close to two cafes for meals , so dining options were convenient. The included breakfast at a nearby café was delicious. Plenty of options were available for eating close to the hotel.

The reception staff was friendly , professional, and helpful. The staff was super-responsive via email , a great bonus. The hotel offered easy late check-in , which was helpful for my travel schedule.

the room included a modern tv with streaming services. i found the complimentary high-speed wifi reliable for video calls.

room issues and lack of promised amenities
missing pool misleading advertising
the location was convenient for walking into the city center.
The website advertised a pool. there wasn't one at the hotel, it also lacked the restaurant and foxtel tv that were listed. this was a major disappointment considering the hot weather.

The room was spacious.
I am upset the hallways had strong perfume. It felt they tried to mask another smell. The carpets were dirty and worn, seem not maintained.
